BOBCW Nutrition Program
BOBCW Nutrition Program is a comprehensive weight management and wellness program. BOBCW will give you the knowledge and skills to develop a healthy eating plan, practice mindfulness, and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
How it Works
Each series will rotate through 6 different topics. Sessions typically consist of a presentation, an interactive activity and time for questions. Sessions usually last between 45-75 minutes
