Women Entrepreneur Social Media Empowerment Program (WESEP)
The Women Entrepreneur Social Media Empowerment Program (WESEP) is a dynamic 4-week empowerment and business-building experience designed to help women and young adults turn creativity, passion, and purpose into opportunity through social media and entrepreneurship.
WESEP intentionally brings together young women ages 16–24 and women of all generations—including mothers, aunts, and grandmothers—to foster intergenerational mentorship, shared learning, and the foundation of generational wealth. Participants gain practical, hands-on training in using social media as a tool for branding, income generation, and business growth.
Throughout the program, participants receive:
Step-by-step training on social media and digital entrepreneurship
Practical tools and resources to build and grow a brand or business
Guidance from mentors and industry professionals
Opportunities for collaboration, networking, and peer support
The program culminates in a graduation celebration, where eligible participants may receive a startup grant to help launch or expand their entrepreneurial journey.
WESEP is more than a training program—it is a pathway to confidence, economic independence, and long-term stability, empowering women to build businesses, support their families, and strengthen their communities.
Programa de Empoderamiento en Redes Sociales y Emprendimiento para Mujeres (WESEP)
El Programa de Empoderamiento en Redes Sociales y Emprendimiento para Mujeres (WESEP) es una experiencia dinámica de 4 semanas, diseñada para ayudar a mujeres y jóvenes a transformar su creatividad, pasión y propósito en oportunidades reales a través de las redes sociales y el emprendimiento.
WESEP conecta de manera intencional a jóvenes de 16 a 24 años con mujeres de todas las generaciones—incluyendo madres, tÃas y abuelas— fomentando la mentorÃa intergeneracional, el aprendizaje compartido y la creación de riqueza generacional.
Durante el programa, las participantes reciben:
Capacitación práctica paso a paso en redes sociales y emprendimiento digital
Herramientas y recursos para crear y hacer crecer una marca o negocio
Orientación de mentores y profesionales del sector
Oportunidades de colaboración, networking y apoyo entre pares
El programa culmina con una ceremonia de graduación, donde las participantes elegibles pueden recibir una subvención inicial (startup grant) para lanzar o expandir su emprendimiento.
WESEP es más que un programa de capacitación: es un camino hacia la confianza, la independencia económica y la estabilidad a largo plazo, empoderando a las mujeres para construir negocios, apoyar a sus familias y fortalecer sus comunidades.
