PROGRAMS BOBCW Teen Dreamers Academy (COMING SOON) BOBCW Dreamers is a leadership development and college and career readiness program designed to empower teens to discover their potential and prepare for the future. Through dynamic educational experiences, inspirational guest speakers, and career exploration activities—including universities, entrepreneurship, STEM, and scholarship support—youth develop leadership skills, civic engagement, and readiness for post-secondary education. We seek young people with a positive attitude, strong character, and perseverance who are willing to take on leadership roles and embrace opportunities that strengthen their personal, academic, and professional growth. Runaway Youth & Troubled Teen The National Runaway Safeline reports that between 1.6 million and 2.8 million youth run away each year, and 20,500 are reported missing. We are the only organization that offers youth runaway support in the Dorchester, Mattapan and Roxbury area. BOBCW Runaway Assistance Program is designed to assist police Officers in the Dorchester,Mattapan, and Roxbuty area that are handling displaced/runaway youth that are ages 17 and under.
